Retirement Home Complaints Response and Information Service

This service applies to all retirement residences in the province not just ORCA member homes. The government of Ontario has provided funding to support the service. Elder Abuse

Elder abuse is any action by a friend, family member, neighbour or paid caregiver which causes harm to a senior. Elder abuse includes physical violence, psychological harm, financial abuse and neglect.
