Pickering Museum Village is running drive-thru tours every Friday this summer and I wanted to let you know for your 55+ groups who are interested in doing something fun and safe in Pickering.
We had a retirement community bus with seniors experience the tour last Friday and they absolutely loved it. The drive-thru tour is done completely from the vehicle, and a sanitized audio guide takes guests through the experience. The audio guide is quite loud and is easy to hear.
The tour is about Pickering’s boom in the 1850s and takes about 30 minutes to complete. The tour is $20 per vehicle and offered throughout the day each Friday. It’s a really fun and safe way to spend a Friday. We would love to see you and your groups at the museum.
Tickets are available: https://www.pickering.ca/en/discovering/pmv-whats-on.aspx or by calling 905.683.8401
We have a video that shows a bit about the experience: https://www.facebook.com/pickeringmuse/videos/309683556868141/ We would love to see you out at the museum!
